TruckCorp LLC has acquired The American Road Machinery Company

TruckCorp LLC has purchased The American Road Machinery Company of Canton, Ohio following the COVID-19 downturn. The Company is an up-fitter of class 6, 7 and 8 trucks with specialty Snow & Ice equipment and custom dump body assemblies, along with trailer- and chassis-mounted vacuum leaf and debris collectors.The equipment is used in municipal and industrial market applications and sold across North America.

“The name, The American Road Machinery Company, will be retired and the new DBA entity will be known as A.R.M. in a nod to our history and a look to the future.”

The Company currently operates out of a 90,000 square foot facility with approximately 50 employees in Canton, OH.
