 Parts and Service Policy

Our parts team is standing by, ready to assist you with all of your parts and service needs. Give us a call for pricing and availability of replacement parts. We have the knowledge and parts to help keep your equipment operating at full capacity.

Parts Assistance

Please have your machine or unit model number and serial number, VIN number, engine serial number, truck VIN etc. ready as this is very helpful in making sure that you get the correct parts. Although we have the ability to look up most equipment we have manufactured in the last 10 years your help in identifying the correct unit is appreciated.

Placing Orders

To confirm your order we need a PO number on your PO form or a signed and emailed scan/fax of our written quote to you in order to process an order. Unfortunately we cannot accept verbal orders or orders using the name of a person or equipment.

Stock Parts

We typically stock the most common spare parts for our equipment, others can be manufactured as required. Please note: We generally can assist you with equipment that was manufactured and sold 10 years ago or newer. Older equipment may require the manufacturing of custom parts and may take significant time. Please call us with any questions that you may have and we will do our best to assist you.

Stock Parts Minimum Order

Unless other terms have been agreed to, the minimum order amount is $150.

Order Payment

Unless other terms have been agreed to, on orders below $1000 a credit card only is accepted for payment. We take Visa, MasterCard and Amex. Customers without a credit card can pay with a check in advance but your order will not ship until the check clears our bank- typically 4-7 business days.


All returned items are subject to a 50% restocking fee. Returned items must have a pre authorized RMA- Return Material Authorization number and be returned freight prepaid by you in order to be accepted.  Returns are not permitted for opened electronic parts, special orders, or custom orders (any part requiring modification to meet customer specifications or part made specifically for a customer.)


Our freight policy is FOB Canton, Ohio-Freight Collect. If you have specific carriers or other freight arrangements please notify us in advance.  Backorders do occur and are shipped as received.

We no longer sell or service:

  • Odell Asphalt Spreader line including spare parts.
  • Mulch Master Leaf Collection line including spare parts
  • Scavenge Vac Catch Basin Cleaner line including spare parts.
  • Atlas/A/C 150 Plows and Hitches including spare parts
  • Certain other snow plow types- please call for more information
